Roma Makes Official Bid for Matias Soulé

Matías Soulé Aims for Roma Amid Transfer Talks with Juventus

Matías Soulé is keen on a transfer to Roma, intensifying the Italian club’s efforts to secure his talents. Negotiations have progressed, with Soulé’s agent, Martin Guastadisegno, set for a meeting with Juventus officials following successful talks with Roma on personal and commission terms. The 21-year-old prefers to stay within Italy, prioritizing Roma over Leicester City while urging for quick finalization.

Earlier discussions saw Roma making their first official offer, presenting a €25 million package, including bonuses. This aligns closely with a previous bid from Leicester City. Despite Juventus not yet formally responding, it’s expected they will counter with a demand for a basic €25 million plus additional bonuses. This negotiation suggests a narrowing gap between the clubs’ valuations, fostering optimism.

Significant progress was made in recent talks, leaving both parties hopeful for a resolution. Soulé seeks clarity on his future before the weekend, emphasizing the urgency of concluding the transfer. The convergence in offers indicates a mutual willingness to finalize the agreement promptly.
