USMNT Star Folarin Balogun Faces Two-Month Recovery After Shoulder Injury Setback

USMNT striker Folarin Balogun sidelined two months with shoulder injury

USMNT striker Folarin Balogun will be sidelined for approximately two months due to a dislocated shoulder, according to sources familiar with the situation. These individuals were not authorized to comment publicly since the club has yet to issue an official statement regarding his injury.

During his second season with league leaders AS Monaco, Balogun made a significant impact by scoring the decisive goal in the 22nd minute against Rennes on October 5. This marked his third consecutive match with a goal. Unfortunately, he had to leave the field due to his injury after the hour mark. As a result, he will miss upcoming matches for the U.S. national team against Panama and Mexico, which will be their first under the guidance of new head coach Mauricio Pochettino.
