Spence vs. Crawford date

The contest for the title of boxing’s first fully unified welterweight champion of the four-belt era is scheduled to take place on July 29, 2023.

A planned fight in November 2022 previously failed. Crawford retained his WBO title by knocking out David Avanesyan in December, while Spence has not fought since his victory over Yordenis Ugas in April 2022.

Spence vs. Crawford: What are the ticket prices?

Ticket prices for Crawford vs. Spence are yet to be announced. This could be the first of two fights between the men due to a two-way rematch clause in the fight contract.

For Davis v Garcia, tickets started at $729 and then ranged from $800 to $900, $1,000, $2,000, $3,000, $4,000, $5,000, $6,000, $8,000, $10,000 and $11,731.

For Haney’s fight with Lomachenko, ticket prices ranged from $66 to $4,275.

Crawford and Spence are each expected to rake in at least $10 million from the first show before pay-per-view and box office.

The T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, where the fight is expected to take place, has a capacity of 20,000 for boxing and MMA events.

The arena opened in April 2016 for $375 million and was slated to be the site of Spence’s showdown with Manny Pacquiao in August 2021 before Spence retired due to an eye injury.

Crawford was also expected to face Jeff Horn at the arena in April 2018 before plans changed for that fight. The fight finally took place in June at the MGM Grand Garden Arena when Crawford picked up the 30th win of his current career tally of 39 perfect bouts.

Tickets will likely go on sale soon when ESPN reporter Mike Coppinger speaks claim a deal has been struck are right.

Coppinger said the fight will be led by Creative Artists Agency’s Ish Hinson, who advises Crawford, and Spence adviser Al Haymon.
