According to the NFL’s social media updates, around 7:30 p.m., Dallas Fire-Rescue arrived on the scene to assist the stranded individuals. Firefighters helped them safely exit the elevator by guiding them through the ceiling panel into an adjacent elevator.

The Los Angeles Chargers expressed their gratitude towards Dallas Fire-Rescue for their prompt response and professionalism. The team acknowledged the substantial efforts made to ensure the safety of everyone involved.
