All 32 NFL teams are still in the hunt for the 2022-23 playoffs after completing Week 12, with the top seeds in the AFC and NFC still up for grabs.

The Philadelphia Eagles have held first place in the National Football Conference for most of the season, but they have yet to secure a sizeable lead in the NFC East Division.

The current NFL Playoff picture clip shows that if the year ended today, every single member of the NFC East would qualify for the postseason.

NFL Playoff Bracket based on rankings as of November 29, 2022

Despite some unusually strong performances by some NFC teams, the top franchises at the conference other than the San Francisco 49ers and the aforementioned Eagles seem suspicious.

While betting on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers has been a smart bet in the past, Tom Brady and co. dropped another game against the Washington Commanders this weekend. However, they still sit at the top of the NFC South Division, although they now have a losing record at 5-6.

The New York Giants stock has recently fallen. After losing to the Dallas Cowboys on Thanksgiving Day, the Giants are the third-ranked team in the NFC East in the clear cup, and Washington is now hot on their heels.

The once-mighty Vikings look vulnerable after their Week 11 blowout loss to the Cowboys and are sticking to their No. 2 as the 49ers gain momentum.

Current NFL Playoff betting odds suggest that the Eagles and 49ers are the NFC’s top dogs.

AFC playoff image

The Buffalo Bills were favorites to win Super Bowl LVII earlier in the season, but they’ve since fallen to center field in the AFC and would be the No. 5 seed if the NFL playoffs started today.

The Kansas City Chiefs are once again at the top of the AFC with a commanding 3-game lead in the AFC West Division. The Miami Dolphins have been impressive so far and currently lead the AFC East, but oddsmakers expect the Bills to reclaim the division and one of the top four seeds in the AFC half of the playoff bracket.

Thanks to the Indianapolis Colts’ loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers last night, the Tennessee Titans are running away with the AFC South despite performing below expectations in 2022.

The Cincinnati Bengals and Baltimore Ravens are tied 7-4 in the AFC North lead, but neither seems ready for a deep run after the season.
