Yankees Star Aaron Judge and Wife Samantha Celebrate the Arrival of Their First Baby: A New Chapter Begins!

Yankees' Aaron Judge, wife Samantha welcome first child: 'Can't wait for the memories'

Yankees’ Aaron Judge, a standout player and two-time AL MVP, embraced a new role on January 27: he became a father for the first time.

The 32-year-old outfielder and his wife, Samantha Bracksieck, joyfully shared the news of their daughter, Nora Rose Judge, arriving on Wednesday.

Judge took to Instagram to announce the arrival, posting an endearing black and white image showcasing the tiny toes of their newborn.

“1/27/25 Nora Rose Judge. What an incredible week it’s been, can’t wait for the memories the three of us make,” the six-time All-Star expressed in his heartfelt caption.

The couple tied the knot in December 2021 after their paths crossed at Linden High School and later at Fresno State University.

On January 25, just days before welcoming Nora, Judge hinted at her impending arrival during a video message where he thanked fans, family, and teammates while accepting the 2024 AL MVP award. He expressed regret for missing the awards dinner due to the anticipation of becoming a dad.

Judge’s recent season with the Yankees was remarkable. As a three-time member of the 50 Home Run Club, he played a pivotal role in leading the Yankees to their first World Series appearance in 15 years, although they ultimately lost to the Los Angeles Dodgers in five games.

He concluded the 2024 season with impressive accolades, including his fourth Silver Slugger Award, a second Hank Aaron Award, and recognition as the American League leader in both home runs and RBIs. His impressive stats included 58 home runs, 144 RBIs, and a batting average of .322.

Looking ahead, the Yankees are set to begin spring training on February 21, facing off against the Tampa Bay Rays.
