2025 Spring Training Schedule
When does Spring Training start?
2025 Spring Training officially commences on Thursday, February 20, 2025. The Los Angeles Dodgers will face off against the Chicago Cubs in the Cactus League opener.
The following day, the New York Yankees will take on the Tampa Bay Rays in the Grapefruit League opener.
On February 22 and 23, all 30 Major League clubs will participate in Cactus and Grapefruit League games, marking a significant return to action.
When does Spring Training end?
Spring Training will continue throughout February and March, wrapping up on Tuesday, March 25, 2025. The MLB regular season will kick off with the Tokyo Series, featuring the Dodgers and Cubs on March 18 and 19.
