With this new agreement, Surtain’s average annual salary of $24 million positions him as the highest-paid cornerback in the league, according to OverTheCap.
At just 24 years old, Surtain has established himself as one of the premier cornerbacks since being selected ninth overall by the Broncos in the 2021 NFL Draft. He has earned Pro Bowl selections in both of his first two seasons and was honored as a first-team All-Pro in 2022.
