After 32 weeks of basketball, only two teams remain in contention for the NBA title.
Nikola Jokic and the Nuggets will face Jimmy Butler and the Heat in the 2023 NBA Finals. Denver is seeking its first championship in franchise history, while Miami is seeking its fourth championship.
As the Western Conference No. 1, Denver enjoyed streaks of victories over the 8-seeded Timberwolves and 4-seeded Suns en route to the Finals before defeating the 7-seeded Lakers in the Western Conference Finals.
Miami shocked the basketball world by reaching the finals No. 8, becoming the first team to do so since the Knicks in 1999. They upset the Bucks and Knicks before defeating the Celtics in a thrilling seven-game Eastern Conference Finals series.
Now the two teams are fighting for the Larry O’Brien Championship Trophy.
