It boils down to a four-way race for the Maurice Podoloff Trophy, with Embiid the clear favourite, followed by Jokic, Antetokounmpo and Curry. However, it will be interesting to see how Philadelphia’s acquisition of James Harden affects Embiid and the 76ers.

It’s worth noting that Bam Adebayo currently has 7.9 percent of the tickets and 3.9 percent of the handle, but his chances of winning the prize have moved from +1400 to currently +12500, putting him in long-shot territory now.
There are two obvious trends to note when it comes to Rookie of the Year betting and odds.
First, Evan Mobley has pretty much wrapped up the award, and there’s probably little value backing him at -375. The USC freshman has fielded Cleveland in the Eastern Conference and added to the conversation for Defensive Player of the Year.
On the other hand, first overall pick of 2021 Cade Cunningham has seen his odds rise to +900 after opening as a favorite to win the Eddie Gottlieb Trophy. With the Pistons still in the NBA basement, Cunningham’s downfall is likely tied more to his inability to improve his team than anything he’s accomplished individually.
