Kansas center Hunter Dickinson ejected for kicking Duke's Maliq Brown in the head

The incident unfolded when Brown received a personal foul for backing into Dickinson while both players were vying for a rebound. Dickinson’s kick was deemed a flagrant-2 foul, resulting in immediate ejection. Following the incident, he remained on the bench momentarily with teammates before being escorted off the court.

Before the ejection, Dickinson was having a solid game, averaging 17.8 points and 10.4 rebounds throughout the season. His performance was crucial for the Jayhawks as they aimed to maintain their lead.

At the time of Dickinson’s ejection, Kansas held a narrow 57-55 advantage. Despite the setback, the Jayhawks managed to secure a 75-72 victory, showcasing their resilience in a tightly contested game.
