NBA Milwaukee Bucks vs. Houston Rockets Prediction, Preview

It’s an inter-conference clash between division leaders down in the Lone Star State. The Milwaukee Bucks are on the road as they travel to face the Houston Rockets Wednesday night. Milwaukee dispatched Utah 114-102 at home Monday night in their last game. Houston defeated Denver 125-113 at home in another showdown of division leaders Monday night in their previous contest. The Bucks lead the all-time regular season series 67-58 but the Rockets took both meetings last season, including a 110-99 road win in the last match-up on March 7, 2018.

Chris Paul has missed the Rockets’ last eight games, and they won and covered seven of those games. It’s because James Harden has turned his game up a few notches, pushing the Rockets to wins and covers in 12 of their last 14. He scored 40-plus points in seven of those games, 39 in two of them and 37 in two others. He doesn’t shoot a high percentage, but he’s always on the free-throw line and the team is winning. So chuck away and fear the beard. Rockets at home are the play.
