Minnesota Timberwolves vs. Memphis Grizzlies Prediction, Preview

The Timberwolves lost a one-point game to the Northwest Division-leading Denver Nuggets in their last game after their late-game rally fell short. They will try to put the loss behind them by picking up a win over the Grizzlies, which will give them their second win in their last three games. Minnesota has been average on offense this season, scoring 111.4 points per game, which is 18th in the league. The team is shooting 44 percent from the field and 34 percent from three-point range.

The Grizzlies were able to snap their three-game losing streak with a win over the New York Knicks in their last game. They will be trying to build on the win by picking up their second win in a row and third win in their last six games. Memphis is the worst offensive team in the league, averaging 100.3 points per game. The team is shooting 45 percent from the field and 33 percent from three-point range.

The Grizzlies have covered six of the last seven home meetings with Minnesota, and they’ve played very respectably in their last three home games. I’m on Memphis to send the T-Wolves to 8-18 on the road.
